By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. The Platform may not be available in all countries or regions.

7. Fees

Fees applicable to deposits, withdrawals, and trading are described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform, including its software, content, trademarks, and design, is owned by Calibri or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calibri will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
